This Porsche 718 Spyder RS visited us fresh from the factory for a stage 1 paint correction, full, body PPF, and ceramic coating to the wheels. The first step is a deep decontamination wash to remove any paint dirt, fallout, contamination and any gloss enhancers or other silicones etc.
After this, the paintwork was polished to eliminate factory and dealer related paint defects, and to thoroughly prepare the paintwork for PPF. This process can take between 1 and 2 days depending on the car and the condition of the paintwork. This particular vehicle had a number of factory paint defects we wanted to remove prior to PPFing; not uncommon on these specialist Porsches.
